The current process for leasing managers at Stellar Lifestyle involves physically traveling to open and showcase vacant shop spaces for prospective tenants. This process is time-consuming and incurs significant logistical costs. To optimize this, a solution is needed to streamline leasing operations, reduce travel, and enhance efficiency in showcasing properties to prospects.

A centralized Property Leasing Management System (PLMS) that integrates virtual property tour options and automates critical processes. Key features include:

Expression of Interest Form:

An online form accessible from the Stellar Lifestyle website where tenants can express interest by providing essential business information (email and phone as key identifiers).
System automatically notifies both L PIC and P about the submission.

Property Shortlisting and Proposal:

L PIC reviews submitted interest forms in the system.
L PIC can shortlist and propose suitable properties, exporting a link to share with P.
Communication continues offline until P agrees to explore further.

Virtual Tour Options:

Self-Guided Virtual Tours: P receives a time-sensitive link to access a 360° virtual tour, authenticated via OTP.
Scheduled Virtual Tours: L and P schedule a mutually agreed-upon time for a live virtual walkthrough.
Includes system reminders, ad hoc scheduling flexibility, and participant limits (up to 5 users per tour).

Activity Logs and Notifications:

System maintains logs of all interactions for transparency and follow-up actions.
